A video captured by Arithmetica’s 360-degree imaging solution, SphereVision, has gone viral. The video shows the journey of a suitcase at one of the world’s busiest airports. The Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam handles more than 50 million pieces of luggage every year. Its luggage transfer network is made up of 21 kilometres of conveyor belts, as well as a 5 kilometre rail system. Items can travel at speeds of up to 40 to 50 kilometres per hour, on the 30-minute journey from check in to take off.
