Vectuel opens office in Middle East

France: European firm, Group Vectuel has introduced its 3D technologies in the Gulf Region market by opening a branch in Dubai, UAE. Specialised in virtual reality, Vectuel creates 3D modellings of urban environments and architecture projects in 3D in very high definition (highly realistic detailed sites). The 3D motor in real time ‘Vectuel Story’ is an interactive solution to simulate, visualise and promote existing and future development projects by moving freely with the 3D modelling like in a video game. The tool is claimed to be perfectly adapted to Web promotion, to public presentation, to marketing and communication materials (unlimited pictures and 3D films), and other similar activities.

Through its sister company Virtuelcity, the Group operates also in 3D territorial cartography by combining cross-disciplinary fields, between geomatics, engineering, computer graphics and architecture. The two focus areas of the company are – supply of 3D urban databases and software provider with an ERP dedicated to geo referenced 3D GIS.
