UK, Indonesia to build microsatellite

UK: Britain’s Prime Minister David Cameron is currently visiting South East Asia. And we are getting reports from Indonesia that the two countries have signed an agreement to jointly develop a microsatellite. The microsat will primarily be used for maritime cooperation. Moreover, the technology of remote sensing satellites will be applied in the fisheries sector. This plan was announced on Tuesday during a workshop on the application of space technology in the maritime sector.
