Ubisense gets myWorld, other systems’ service managing contracts

UK: The Cambridge-based location intelligence group, Ubisense has won new contracts in the US. The company will provide managed services for its flagship myWorld product and other systems used to manage and visualise the network assets of both customers.

Chief executive Richard Green said, "This is a significant endorsement of our myWorld system and its application within businesses to manage their network assets. The fact that such renowned businesses in their respective spaces have extended their relationships with Ubisense is testament to the myWorld proposition and its effectiveness".

"We are pleased to be further supporting these customers in operating economically, effectively, and safely, whilst best serving the needs of their own customers. We look forward to augmenting these relationships further as the customers' enterprise location intelligence needs develop."

The contracts, valued at a combined $2.9mn, are with tier 1 broadband communications and entertainment providers and one of the largest power companies in the US.
