Trimble strengthens presence in Nordic markets

Sunnyvale, US: Trimble acquired a suite of software solutions from Mesta Entreprenør AS, a subsidiary of Mesta Konsern AS. Mesta Konsern AS is one of Norway’s largest contracting groups for road and highway construction as well as related operations and maintenance. The software suite includes office, field data collection and on-machine solutions specifically designed for the Nordic construction market. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The addition of the software enables Trimble to further address local application requirements and provide complete customised construction solutions for the Nordic markets. The software is used by Mesta subsidiaries as well as many of the largest civil engineering and construction contractors in Norway and Sweden.

The software solutions include: Win Anpakke, Win Anfelt and Win Anfelt-Maskin.
