Taiwan: SuperGeo Technologies partnered with Institute for Information Industry (III), Taiwan. Under this partnership, SuperGeo International Marketing Team and the International Division at III will collaborate in the promotion of SuperGIS software, applications and services worldwide.
In addition, III will support the development of the information technology industry in Taiwan. Among III’s divisions, the International Division aims to bring international business opportunities in this industry for global vendors, especially to promote the services and products of Taiwanese manufacturers to international markets.
Meanwhile, SuperGeo made two major announcements. The company said that whole new GPS Learning CD is going to be released soon and SuperPad 3 – a mobile GIS software now works with SuperGIS Server 3 to support online editing services.
According to the company, SuperGIS Server 3 is an upgraded set of map server software enabling enterprises to create, integrate and publish diversified GIS services in the centralised server architecture. About GPS Learning CD, SuperGeo stated that it has been especially designed for GPS beginners, illustrates the history of GPS, operation principle, signal format, methods to position and measure, etc with easy descriptions and Flash animations.
