SuperGeo organises training programme in Kuwait


Taiwan: SuperGeo Technologies organised SuperGIS training programme in Kuwait for “Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR).” The training aims to enable KISR to carry out applied scientific research to the economic and social development for Kuwait.

The Geo-Informatics Center at KISR leads planning and application development of GIS technologies for the whole country. Considering the successful sales performance and the high potential in Kuwait market, SuperGeo and its distributor, International Integrated Environmental Services Ltd. (IIES), co-planned the professional SuperGIS training course and SuperGeo presentation.

Expressing the expectations from the SuperGeo, Dr. Thamer Alrashidi, Director of IIES, said, “Here in Kuwait and the Middle East, we expect SuperGIS software to replace expensive GIS products existing on current market very soon.”

Meanwhile the company announced that it will exhibit at Map Middle East 2011 to demonstrate SuperGIS software for more users in the Middle East. The company is also likely to launch SuperNetObjects 3 very soon.

SuperNetObjects 3 is a set of development objects allowing developers themselves to design the network analysis functions. It can define, store, traverse, and analyse the network conditions in the real world.
