Lyon: Dronestagr.am, a new French social site has been built to share and organise pictures taken from aerial drones. People are using relatively cheap commercial drones to collect aerial images. Dronestagr.am has already started publishing some of these images.
The website is meant to share aerial images that people can view, like, and comment on. People are using commercial drones such as the DraganFlyer and consumer versions such as the Parrot AR quadricopter to collect aerial images. Eric Dupin, founder and CEO of Dronestagr.am, plans to include aerial videos in the portfolio soon.
