Sierra Atlantic Partners with Callidus Software to Advance Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Delivery

Hyderabad and Fremont, Calif., India, May 19, 2008 – Sierra Atlantic, the leader in offshoring enterprise applications and outsourced product development, today announced it closed an agreement with Callidus Software (NASDAQ: CALD), the leader in Sales Performance Management (SPM). The master services agreement will cover areas such as professional services, development, and support. The partnership will support Callidus Software’s continued delivery of superior competency in product development, consulting services and technical support.

Under the agreement, Sierra Atlantic will provide a range of operations for Callidus Software’s fast-growing on-demand business, including engineering capabilities and 24/7 technical services. Callidus Software will train specialists at Sierra Atlantic’s delivery center in Hyderabad, India, to implement a broad range of integrated SaaS product development processes and technology solutions.
