Rolta’s OnPoint gets certified as OGC compliant

India: Rolta announced that its flagship product Rolta OnPoint, a Geospatial Fusion solution, has been “Certified OGC Compliant”, an international interface and encoding standard for geospatial interoperability.

Rolta OnPoint is an enterprise-wide GIS, Geospatial and Data integrator that allows users to connect to and integrate complex geospatial and non-spatial data from disparate sources using Web technologies. Its unique administration tool enables complete application configuration without custom programming and replacement of legacy applications.

The company said new levels of operational insights become possible as this solution allows users to easily access business data isolated in numerous data structures, turning their existing GIS investments into true enterprise solutions in an extremely user-friendly and cost-efficient manner.

K. K. Singh, CMD of Rolta Group of Industries, said, “Users can now leverage this innovative solution to attain new levels of operational insights, enabling them to make intelligent and timely enterprise-level decisions, and realise a greater impact on their Businesses.”
