New Delhi, India, 7 September 2006 – The IDC-Dataquest Annual Survey 2006 of the Best Indian Employers in the IT sector has been published. RMSI, a global IT services company, announced today, that for the fourth year running they made strides upwards within the spotlighted “Top Twenty” ranking jumping from last year’s “4-Star” designation (equating to a 4th-7th place finish) to a high second position this year.
The company has been listed in IDC-Dataquest India’s Top 20 Best IT Employers survey for four years in a row, since 2003, and has improved its rankings in this survey each year. Driven by its strong HR Best Practices, RMSI strode ahead of most of the industry leaders in the Indian IT sector. In the survey, RMSI is also ranked first on the “Dream Company to work for” parameter by its employees and ranked fourth best in the industry by the people outside.
Earlier this year, RMSI was also ranked 5th in the Great Places To Work (India) study 2005 conducted by Grow Talent Company in partnership with the Great Places To Work Institute, Inc. (USA) and Businessworld magazine, covering all industries.
