RMSI, a leading provider of end to end asset data management solutions to the utilities sector, announced expansion of its advisory board by empanelling Erik Shepard. As a member of the board, Erik will work closely with clients to provide insights and guidance on the industry best practices, market trends, challenges, and help clients achieve their business objectives.
Erik, PhD, PMP, has over 20 years of consultative experience and has successfully led multiple strategic engagements for clients, helping them realize their vision of becoming a digitally enabled utility. His areas of expertise include integrated IT/OT, including executing OMS, DMS, SCADA, GIS, work and asset management, mobility, supply chain management, AMI/MDM and situational awareness programs for the utilities sector in North America.

The board currently includes Nargis Ladha, who has over 25 years of experience in the utility sector encompassing distribution automation, smart grid, and business transformation. At Hydro One Networks, one of the largest electric transmission and distribution companies in North America, Nargis spearheaded their GIS program. Included amongst her achievements was the successful program to evolve Hydro One’s spatial systems from silo’d databases to an integrated enterprise system.
