Revenio announces that National Semiconductor deploys Revenio Dialog and radically improves customer satisfaction and response rates

Revenio, Inc., announced that National Semiconductor Corporation has generated significant improvements in conversion rates and customer satisfaction by deploying an automated dialog management solution powered by the Revenio Dialog software platform.

Revenio Dialog allows marketers to design, execute and manage highly personalized, multi-step “dialogs” that can be orchestrated across any communications channel, and may be triggered by individual customer events. Dialogs are ideally suited to automating the sales cycle and upgrading the customer experience for both business- and consumer-facing “considered” purchases – such as high technology, automotive and financial products and services – in which multiple, personalized interactions typically occur prior to any sale.

Trimble, the world’s leading Global Positioning System (GPS) provider, uses National’s Web site to design and select components used in a variety of its customer solutions, ranging from automobile navigation and agriculture to mobile asset management and engineering and construction.

Half of the world’s design engineers visit National Semiconductor’s site at least once a month. This e-commerce site includes the WEBENCH(TM) online design environment, a suite of engineering tools that helps designers create, simulate and develop custom prototypes and get them assembled and delivered overnight. The WEBENCH tools are critical to the company’s business, because once engineers become members of the WEBENCH community, they are far more likely to include National Semiconductor components in their product designs and get successful products to market faster.

National Semiconductor is using Revenio Dialog to share personalized applications, to encourage engineers to join the WEBENCH community and, ultimately, to incorporate National Semiconductor components into their product designs.
