Rapattoni Corporation, the company in management information software for real estate associations, this week announced an agreement with GlobeXplorer to provide all Rapattoni Multiple Listing System (MLS) customers with high quality, nationwide aerial photography at no additional charge. Rapattoni has contracted with GlobeXplorer LLC, a subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corp., to provide access to aerial images over the Internet using GlobeXplorer’s proprietary delivery technology. Aerial imagery is the latest cutting-edge feature for Rapattoni MLS, a completely configurable Internet-based real estate multiple listing system. Users will be able to access an aerial photo of any address in the continental United States from the GlobeXplorer’s immense Imagery Library, the largest commercial collection of online aerial and satellite imagery in the world. This new feature enhances the Rapattoni MLS software, which also offers prospect searches, location maps, customized agent information, and links to public records.
“We are pleased to provide our MLS customers with high quality, nationwide aerial photography,” said Andy Rapattoni, president and CEO of Rapattoni Corporation. “These high resolution images are tightly integrated into Rapattoni MLS and add an exciting element to a real estate agent’s presentation to their clients and prospects.”
Users simply search for a property or properties in Rapattoni MLS, and then they can view an aerial photograph of the neighborhood or area the property is in, just as they would view a street map.
