Residents of Lima are being advised to follow proper guidelines for disposing of their trash because vultures are on their trail. The experts are appreciating the idea of using vultures for the task as the bird need no preparation to lead them to waste deposits. The agencies, so far, have trained 10 vultures with wearing vests designed for the purpose. To bring awareness to people, a television and radio campaign has been launched to promote the program which depicts the black birds as heroes who are helping clean the city.
