NovaLIS Technologies hires Ruel Williamson as Land Titles Office Business Manager

NovaLIS Technologies, a provider of integrated land records management solutions, announced that Ruel Williamson has joined the company as Land Titles Office Business Manager. Williamson will manage NovaLIS’ Land Titles Office business partner relationship with International Land Systems, Inc. (ILS), and provide project management oversight to Land Titles Office projects. Williamson will also oversee major international accounts, and offer assistance in the general sales cycle as required.
Most recently, Williamson held the position of President/Chief Operating Officer of Cole Layer and Trumble (CLT), a vendor within the same vertical market at NovaLIS. He has more than 12 years experience in the tax and assessment fields including the position of Director of the Indiana State Tax Commission, in addition to his work at CLT. Williamson holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance and a Masters in Business Administration from Emporia State University, Kansas. He is a long-standing member of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO), a member of various state assessment organizations, and an executive agency lobbyist for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Williamson is based temporarily out of NovaLIS’ Southwestern regional office in Austin, Texas.
