New speakers announced for DGI 2012

London, UK: The Defence Geospatial Intelligence 2012, the 8th annual GeoInt and GIS technology conference & exhibition that will be held in Westmister, London from 23-26 January, 2012 will have an eminent gathering of speakers such as Maj Gen Jerry Thomas (Assistant Chief of Defence Staff, Intelligence, UK MoD), Bert Tiems (Chief C2 and Operations Services, C3 Agency, NATO) and Robert B. Murrett (former head of the NGA and currently the Deputy Director of the Institute for National Security and Counterterrorism).

The expert speakers will discuss some of the current issues and challenges facing the GeoInt industry.

The DGI 2012 will offer an excellent opportunity to discover what the future holds for GeoInt, learn new strategies and pick up new ideas as well as network with experts from the community.

Besides the above, Lt. Col. Babis Paraschou, Chief Geospatial Officer, NATO Deployment Corps, Greece will talk about “Delivering The Right Intelligence To The Right User On Time: From Maps To Apps” while Dame Manningham-Buller will unfold some of the secrets of successful intelligence at the Mi5.
