Australia, February 23, 2015: MineSpace, an office space and software provider for the mining industry, has signed a technology partnership agreement with Hexagon Geospatial, a mining and geoscience software developer. As part of the agreement, MineSpace will use Hexagon’s ERDAS Imagine programme, a geospatial data authoring system for remote sensing, and ERDAS ER Mapper, a geo-processing management system.
The programmes will be offered by MineSpace as part of its Software as a Service (SaaS) initiative. MineSpace is set to launch new software set in March 2015 for the mining industries. “It’s an exciting new frontier for software delivery and geoscience and data management in Australia,” commented Adrian Large, Co-Founder and Director of MineSpace.
“We look forward to growing our partnership with Hexagon Geospatial, and expanding the use of other Hexagon products during our growth,” he added.
