Ahead of it’s launch in 2016, WorldView-4 will deliver multi-spectral high-res optical imagery. The satellite’s upgrades will maximize the advantages of MDA's modular multi-satellite ground station infrastructure and rapid upgrade capability. The ground station upgrades will also allow customers to receive and process near real-time data from the RADARSAT-2 synthetic aperture radar satellite. MDA's proven design for ground stations provides operators with local control, satellite data reception. MDA and DigitalGlobe have partnered to develop and deploy WorldView ground station solutions since 2006.
