MDA bags multi-million dollar contract to provide satellite data

Canada: MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Limited (MDA) signed a multi-million dollar contract to provide satellite information to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).

The deliver order is to provide the National Ice Center with information from its RADARSAT-2 satellite for use in creating ice charts, supporting environmental monitoring and improving the safety of maritime navigation.

Additional financial details of the contract are not disclosed.
