Maryland selects Parcel Editor to manage the county’s property parcels

Anne Arundel County, Maryland has purchased four seats for NovaLIS’ Parcel Editor for ArcGIS 8.3 to manage the county’s property parcel fabric. Anne Arundel will use Parcel Editor and ArcGIS to maintain more than 300,000 property boundaries. Anne Arundel County completed a 30-day trial of NovaLIS’ software before making the final decision to purchase the product.

NovaLIS Technologies’ Parcel Editor, an ESRI ArcMap extension, is a parcel mapping and addressing solution that enables users at any technical level to create and maintain accurate land parcel data with ArcGIS. Parcel Editor facilitates migration to the ESRI ArcGIS environment. Combined with the Topology Engine in ArcGIS, Parcel Editor provides an environment for mapping professionals to build a multi-purpose cadastral database.
