New Zealand: Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) issued a specification for consultants to scope work to accelerate the development of spatial data infrastructure (SDI) by funding projects in Canterbury, New Zealand.
The work involves eliciting possible projects from agencies involved in Canterbury earthquake recovery and assembling a bundle of projects which will both assist in the recovery and contribute to the development of a spatial data infrastructure.
LINZ will evaluate the proposals, and will seek Government funding for the preferred proposals.
Consultants interested in doing the scoping work can express their interest and respond with their relevant qualifications by 7 December 2011. One can click here to download the specification.
