US: Leidos has been awarded three competitive task orders by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SSC) Atlantic to provide engineering, integration and training services. The cost-plus-fixed-fee task orders each have a one-year base period of performance, two one-year options and together a total value of approximately USD 54 million, if all options are exercised. The task orders were awarded under the Battlespace Awareness IDIQ (indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity) Contract Number N65236-13-D-4861. SSC Atlantic is a Department of the Navy organisation that works to meet the nation's demands for uninterrupted vigilance, fail-safe cyber security, adaptive response and engineering excellence by delivering secure, integrated and innovative solutions to many naval, joint and national agencies.
"We're excited about the opportunity to continue to help the Navy as they migrate DCGS-N (Distributed Common Ground System – Navy) to a new cloud-based architecture and standardised networks," said Tim Mundie, Division Manager. Under the task orders, Leidos will provide services to SSC Atlantic in support of the DCGS-N programme, including engineering and integration, information assurance, training, configuration management, logistics, help desk support and site support of the Joint Concentrator Architecture (JCA). "Leidos looks forward to the opportunity for our experienced and highly successful team to continue to support the Navy and the vital DCGS-N programme," said Leidos Group President, Sam Gordy.
