Elcome Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has received an order for 10 numbers Dual Frequency Geodetic GPS receivers with Choke ring antenna from Centre for Mathematical Modelling and Advanced Computer Simulation (CMMACS), Bangalore, India. These receivers would be used for Indian tectonic movement study project. Supply of these 10 receivers will be completed this week. The technical committee at CMMACS awarded this order after a thorough technical evaluation. It is our understanding that technical committee evaluated all aspects of a dual frequency geodetic receiver including dual frequency GPS data quality and reliability, tracking of satellite in difficult conditions, minimization of multipath, data back up facility, environmental characteristics of the receiver etc. Leica Geosystems Geodetic GPS receivers (SR 500 Series) powered by Cleartrack Technology can keep tracking of satellites under difficult environment and data storage philosophy and many other aspects of a geodetic GPS receiver.
Elcome Technologies have one of the highly sophisticated state-of-the-art workshop situated at Delhi and Bangalore manned by factory trained Engineers to cater to the need of after sales service support of the esteemed customers. It has set up a permanent reference station at New Delhi office whose data will be available on Internet in near future and which is the first step towards setting up and maintaining their own network of reference stations all over India.
