ITT Technical Institute incorporates Autodesk Crisis Command software

California, USA, 26 June 2006: Autodesk, Inc. has announced that the ITT Technical Institute, headquartered in Carmel, Indiana has incorporated Autodesk Crisis Command 2 software in several of its School of Criminal Justice courses. Its Criminal Justice courses explore emergency preparedness and crisis response, training students (including fire and police first responders, emergency management personnel and municipal IT managers) on specific measures for preventing, planning for and responding to emergency incidents.

Autodesk Crisis Command 2 software provides tactical and strategic capabilities to first responders, allowing them to create, manage and share mission-critical information throughout an emergency response cycle. It also includes functionality for incident reporting and notification, administration, critical asset tracking, workflow and time reports, landmark and resource information, dynamic 3D visualization and more. Using Autodesk Crisis Command 2, ITT trainees acquire practical skills they can put to immediate use in the workplace to save lives and property.
