Denver, Canada: Intermap Technologies appointed Todd Oseth as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from December 06, 2010. Oseth replaced Howard Nellor, a member of the board of directors, who has been interim CEO since August, 2010. He has been appointed to drive the monetisation of Intermap’s NEXTMap database and its associated products and services offerings, advancing Intermap’s transition to a customer- and market-driven organisation.

Prior to Intermap, Oseth was leading Neterion – a leader in I/O virtualisation, as president and CEO. In early 2010, he facilitated the successful acquisition of the company by Exar Corporation. From fortune 500 companies to start-ups, Todd Oseth’s 30 years of leadership at technology companies has encompassed the aspects of product management, sales, marketing, engineering and operations in the network, computing, and data storage industries.

“Todd brings strong leadership skills, broad functional experience and a reputation for exceeding expectations to the Company,” said Nellor. “Todd’s track record for leading transitional companies to success makes him the right person for Intermap at this time.”

About Intermap, Oseth said, “The talented team at Intermap has built a very unique and valuable asset and I see great opportunity for the Company. We have the foundation and the people for outstanding products and services to meet the needs of customers across a broad range of industries and geographies.”
