INPHO launches the second-generation bundle block adjustment inBLOCK

INPHO GmbH, Stuttgart has launched inBLOCK, its new-generation bundle block adjustment software that is based on a completely new design. inBLOCK combines advanced mathematical modelling of multi-sensor systems and up-to-date matrix technology, the landmarks of INPHO, with easiness-of-use and excellent interactive analysing capabilities supported by strong graphics.

“The integration and proper calibration of multi-data and multi-sensor capabilities (camera, GPS, IMU, and other) marks the new power of aerial triangulation”, says Prof. Ackermann. Thus, INPHO has paid in inBLOCK special attention to the precise and sophisticated mathematical modelling of the imaging process. The software has already demonstrated its effectiveness by excellent results in the recent OEEPE test “Integrated sensor orientation” (Heipke et al, 2002).

inBLOCK is suited for adjusting of all types of aerial blocks ranging from the simplest projects to the most demanding ones. An evaluation version of the software will be available for downloading at www.inpho.de (Downloads). Upgrade licensing is available as well, at a special price, for upgrading to inBLOCK from any other bundle adjustment software.
