InfoTech promotes John Renard, Joseph NJ to leadership positions

London, UK, August 15, 2007: Infotech Enterprises, the company which specialises in geospatial, engineering design and IT solutions, announced two key internal appointments to add further strength to the company’s growing Utilities, Telecommunication and Government (UTG) Division.
John Renard, previously responsible for UTG operations in Europe has been promoted to the position of President – UTG with responsibility for all activities of the Division across the three main sales regions for the company – namely North America, Europe and Asia Pacific as well as for the Indian operations.
John, who has been with Infotech Enterprises for the last 8 years, has been part of the transition of Infotech from a pure play GIS company to a specialist supplier of niche services, such as engineering, IT and geospatial services in select verticals. Under his leadership, the European business has grown over 400% and has built a number of very successful long term, multi-year relationships with key client organisations such as BT, KPN, Eneco, Defence Estates and Swisscom.
Meanwhile, Joseph NJ has been promoted as Sr. Vice President – UTG – Europe. Joseph will succeed John to head the UTG division’s European operations.
Associated with the company since early 1998, Joseph has extensive experience in the areas of product development, sales and marketing and has led Infotech’s geospatial marketing initiatives globally for several years. He has been closely involved in the company’s acquisition and transformation of geospatial businesses in Europe and the US including, Infotech Enterprises Europe.
