Indian city undertakes house mapping

India: Kohima Municipal Council (KMC), Nagaland, has informed the general public that it would be conducting a house mapping exercise with the support of Planning and Resources on Urban Development Affairs- AIILSG, under state investment programme management and implementation unit (SIPMIU) for creation of data base for future planning needs of urban services for citizens and also to meet the service level bench marks under ministry of urban development, Government of India. KMC chief executive officer (CEO) Elizabeth Ngully has requested the citizens of Kohima town residing within the municipal jurisdiction, to cooperate and provide all necessary information to the surveyors during the conduct of the exercise.
