Indian city govt seeks RFP for land use consultancy

India: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has invited Request for Proposal (RFP) for the appointment of a consultancy firm to create a spatial database infrastructure in a digital form. This would facilitate the process of preparation of existing land use map. These governance tools are also expected to facilitate the highest level of ease of doing business in the Pune metropolitan area. The selection will be based on quality cum cost (QCBS) through international bidding.

With a tender period of 1 year, the earnest money deposit required is Rs 7.5 million, while the e-tender form can be purchased for Rs 50,000. All eligible/interested consultants who want to participate in tendering process should click here to get enrolled on e-tendering portal.
