HP has announced several significant enhancements to its HP Designjet 10ps, HP Designjet 20ps, and HP Designjet 50ps printers for the graphics and Macintosh communities. HP now offers its first Mac raster driver for Apple Mac OS X.1 and X.2 enabling quick layout prints. Updated raster image processing (RIP) software supporting Mac OS X is also available, delivering the ultimate in color accuracy and consistency from print to print and printer to printer. Remote proofing software now comes with each of the printers and two new media types are also available for improved quality and faster dry times.

The new enhancements build upon HP’s ongoing company-wide commercial printing initiative to deliver the highest quality printing and pre-press solutions for the graphics industry including advertising agencies, marketing firms, digital fine arts and photography.
