New Delhi, India: GIS Development, the organiser of Map Asia 2010 announced Government of India (GoI) as Country Partner of Map Asia 2010. As a part of this collaboration, the company in partnership with the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India, is organising the flagship event “India Geospatial Technology Summit” on the sides of Map Asia 2010. For the first time, during Map Asia conference, an event is being organised where Indian geospatial professionals, solution providers and user presentations will be at forefront at one platform.
Map Asia 2010 – 9th Annual Asian Conference and Exhibition focused on Geospatial Information, Technology and Applications is an opportunity for the participants to learn, network and explore new dimensions in Geospatial field. The Annual Conference is to be held during July 26 – 28, 2010 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Malaysia.
This year Map Asia 2010 is being jointly organised with ISG 2010 – International Symposium and Exhibition on Geoinformation with the theme “Connecting Government and Citizens through Ubiquitous GIS”. Sanjay Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, GIS Development said, “It is good to have
