geoVue introduces new site rating and competitive analysis modules for Palm-Based field survey solution

August 26, 2002 — geoVue, has announced the general availability of several additional modules for the company’s wireless interVue survey solution, which enables multi-unit chain operators to more quickly capture, analyse, and distribute field survey and market data enterprisewide.

Earlier this year, geoVue launched interVue, a handheld / wireless survey, integration, and analysis technology for conducting customer surveys with PDAs. The solution enables enterprises to collect surveys on customer satisfaction; product preference; and location metrics such as customer travel pattern, distance decay, and trade area definition. interVue users survey customers in stores with a one-click process that automatically uploads, analyzes, and distributes survey data as reports, maps, charts, or raw data for further analysis to decision-makers companywide.
