Garmin launches HuntView maps

US, October 1, 2014: Garmin International Inc. has announced the release of Hunt View Maps, which are a series of preloaded microSD cards containing land ownership data for Montana, Idaho, Colorado,Wyoming and Utah.

With the launch of Hunt View Maps, hunters can easily integrate essential data like public vs. private land information, satellite imagery, TOPO US 24k data and routable roads into their Garmin handheld GPS units.

Each Hunt View microSD card also features routable data for turn-by-turn navigation, even for rural roads and trails, so hunters can easily navigate around unfamiliar areas. The new Hunt View Maps will be available in October 2014.

Garmin handhelds have been a necessary tool for destination hunters for last so many years.

By simply inserting the Hunt View Maps microSD card into the units, Hunters can easily access the data they need without dealing with extra downloads, discs or even a computer.”
