Eptisa bags GIS contract from Peru’s water utility

Spain: Madrid-based engineering, architecture and information technology company Eptisa TI has been awarded a contract to develop an integrated GIS for Peru”s state-owned Lima water utility Sedapal. The 16-month contract aims to develop an information system to homogenise and integrate into a single database all of Sedapal”s geographic information, which is currently managed in different formats, methods and coordinates.

In addition, some new GIS applications will be developed for the network management and integration of all commercial and operational systems of the company.
