Dutco Tennant gets ISO certification

Dubai, UAE: Dutco Tennant’ survey division has been successfully audited and accredited with ISO 9001:2008 certification. ISO 9001:2008 is an international standard related to quality management system, applicable to any organisation from all types of business sectors and activities. Dutco Tennant received the certification as a result of implementing the ISO quality management system. As an ISO 9001:2008 certified organisation, Dutco Tennant ensures optimal customer satisfaction and consistency in product quality. The certification also implies greater acceptance in the business world.

Meanwhile, the company has undertaken the automatic monitoring system with the use of robotic total station project in Muscat, Oman. The project is being implemented at the Oman International Exhibition Centre (OIEC) and entails using advanced positioning equipment to facilitate more accurate measurements of horizontal movements of the building ‘s frames and thus improve building safety.

Dutco Tennant, in association with IMoSS, would supply and install an Automatic Motorized Total Station at the OIEC centrally in the building and permanently install prisms at ten locations to monitor X,Y and Z coordinates inside the building.

The hardware used in the system will be the Leica Motorised Automatic Total Station TM30 Refelctorless EDM R1000 while the software will consist of GeoMoS Monitor, GeoMoS Sensor License for TPS sensor, GeoMoS Monitor Option 1 for computation and the GeoMoS Monitor Option 2 for limit check and messaging.
