Kelowna, Canada, July 10, 2007: The City of Kelowna was recently presented with an Award of Excellence at ESRI Canada’s Regional User Conference in Kelowna on May 10. For the City of Kelowna’s successful implementation of an enterprise GIS and their Internet mapping applications.

In terms of making information available to the general public, the City of Kelowna has implemented four interactive web mapping services accessible on the City’s website, https://www.kelowna.ca/. The GIS-based Internet mapping services include the City Map Viewer, City Parks Map Viewer, City Cemetery Map Viewer, and City Water Provider Viewer.
