In light of China Information Security’s unique capabilities in the areas of remote sensing and aerial mapping, the Company has placed its professional technicians at the Bureau’s disposal and has helped to develop such maps, using its advanced digital aerophotographic cameras.
’’While there was no impact on our operations, we were saddened by the fact that so many people lost their lives and homes as a result of the earthquake on May 12, 2008,’’ said Mr. Jiang Huai Lin, CEO of China Information Security. ’’We believe that it is our responsibility to participate in the rescue efforts by providing our professional and technical expertise. We hope the Sichuan people will speedily recover from this disaster.’’
