CH2M HILL joins ESRI for developing spatial solutions for government operations

Colorado, USA, 24 July 2006: CH2M HILL’s Enterprise Spatial Solutions (ESS) business has announced a relationship with ESRI to develop several spatial information management (SIM) solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of city, county, and state government operations.

CH2M HILL’s GeoCity initiative includes several customized applications that fuse the power of spatial technology with a municipality’s existing information systems and data. The result is a suite of solutions that assist key government agencies with efficient decision-making, asset management, security and emergency response, and other critical business functions. Specific CH2M HILL–ESRI GeoCity solutions include: MapIt ArcGIS; Emergency Vehicle Tracking; Hazardous Materials Tracking; and Infrastructure Management
