A person can apply for the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation’s (USGIF) Certified GEOINT Professional (CGP) program and have the Army or Marine Corps reimburse his exam fees.

“As an Army veteran, I understand the uniquely rigorous GEOINT training our military members receive and the experiential multiplier created by the applied nature of their respective service missions,” said USGIF Board member and former CEO Keith J. Masback. “USGIF is proud to provide a reimbursable pathway for members of the U.S. Army and Marine Corps to demonstrate their GEOINT competencies to potential employers via a nationally-accredited certification program.”

Why Earn Certification in the GEOINT Field?

The goal of USGIF’s Certified GEOINT Professional program is to provide a foundation on which GEOINT professionals can certify the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to meet the duties and responsibilities within the multi-faceted GEOINT tradecraft.
