UK: UAVAir has revealed that it will be bringing its Unmanned Aerial Qualification (UAQ) course to Newbury, adding to its growing list of locations throughout the UK. The recognised drone-training academy will be running at Newbury Race Course, with the first session taking place from 10th-12th December.

All candidates enrolling on the course are given the chance to receive a Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) approved drone licence, allowing them to legally fly a drone for commercial operations. This course takes just three days to complete, offering high-quality flight training in a short space of time.

Designed by experts in aviation, the course is open to students from a wide range of backgrounds and capabilities. After completing the fast track UAQ training, candidates can apply for a Permission for Aerial Work (PfAW) licence from the CAA, opening the door to a long and successful career as a drone pilot.
