Argentina’s capital to use digital maps for effective governance

Argentina: The Income Agency of Buenos Aires has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Infrastructure to allow the use of cartography in digital format to help project analysis of water and sewage works being done in city. The Agency will provide mapping and cadastral data that will help Provincial Directorate Water and Sewage to design various hydraulic projects.

The agency system of digital mapping details of each component 307 thousands square kilometers of Buenos Aires. The virtual map entry is via the web and from there can see the features of the 6.5 million estate items that exist in the territory.
