Nowadays, allocating different land uses to most suitable locations is an important and complex process because of heightened influence and dependency of different urban land uses on each other and on urban activities. On the other hand, different stakeholders and factors also influence this process. Such complexities necessitate the simultaneous use of several common decision support tools such as Geographic Information System (GIS) and Multi Criteria Analysis (MCA). As the preference of different stockholders should have been considered at this process, it should categorize as a Group Decision Making Analysis (GDMA) while considering uncertainty of stakeholders preferences and a fuzzy-AHP method. In this paper, we used GDMA and fuzzy-AHP methods to allocate some different land uses to susceptible lands that are available within a built-up urban area. This location-allocation model could assign various land uses to each available land and also define their priorities. This ability lets urban planners and decision makers determine the optimum land uses based on the assigned priorities and their extra knowledge.
