Determination of Shape and Displacement of Industrial Equipments using Close Range Photogrammetry

Abstract
One of the applications of industrial photogrammetry is measuring the body of car. According to speed, cost and needed accuracy in comparison with as-built and as-designed of car body, in the recent years, this method has been considered in manufacturing industry. The purpose of this thesis is measuring of Paykan's body with industrial off-line photogrammetry method in order to quality control or to determine the amount of probable deformation in body and obtaining the most accuracy. In this project due to lack of design file of Paykan's body, decided to modulate the fender of Paykan in to epoch. The first epoch was down in order to determine the reference model and the second epoch was down to determine amount of deformation after deforming the fender. A non-metric camera canon pro 90 IS was used in this project. In performing project on the first stage, in each epoch a network of target points was installed on the car body and then by designing a geodetic network, the coordinate of the point is obtainable with geodesy method. In the next stage in order to settle non-metric camera another network around the fender was designed. Finally in order to determine the accuracy of project the Phidias soft ware was used. The adjustment in this soft ware use bundle adjustment method. By computing the difference between obtained coordinates and coordinates which is calculated by industrial geodesy method, the accuracy in each stage was estimated. In the best state, the obtained accuracy with industrial photogrammetry method by using non-metric camera, in coordinate determination in planimmetry is about 0.81 mm and in altimetry is about 1.0244 mm and in determination of deformation quantity, in planimmetry is near 0.7296 mm and in altimetry is about 0.9726 mm.
